Default Weird preflop spot #2

Ok, here's another weird preflop spot. UTG2 (mp) is 11/8 over 1700 hands. Button is 32/18 over only about 40 hands, so no real reads, seems passive post flop but I'm not sure that's relevant here. Obv, bb is not a concern.

I really froze up here and wasn't sure about the best play, especially given the rr from an uber-tight utg-2.

Poker Stars, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $46.65
BB: $80.45
Hero (UTG): $245.30
MP: $208.90
CO: $142.45
BTN: $263.10

Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises to $8, MP raises to $28, CO folds, BTN calls $28, SB folds, BB calls $26 - Hero?

I'd shove, with all the dead money. it's pretty easy for people to put you on AK then, and theres like 100 in the pot right now

I'd prob puke a little in my mouth and then grow a pair/shove PF. You have a ton of dead money, but I'd be worried. However, you can't let the others in on your hand to catch up. Get it in!

I'd fist pump shove and expect to get looked up by JJ+ AK.

Even only AKs, QQ+:

ok, I guess I see where this is going. I shoved. I didn't fist pump though, it actually felt sort of bad which is not how I typically feel shoving KK preflop. Thanks for the replies.

It's not like you're going to be laying it down much postflop. Just put the money in.
