Default K high

Villain is 30/20. Decent player, maybe a bit over aggro and showdown monkeyish but def someone I dont want at the table. Fold turn? Call river?

Call down b/c of your descripition of the player, this can be a busted fd or OESD often enough.

I can find a fold on the turn. I don't think you're ahead of enough of his range, the pot is small, and you're drawing thin.

I don't think there is any way you can call this river, the J is a terrible card for you. Every possible straight draw except a lone 7 now has either a pair or the straight. A busted fd is basically all you beat and that is only the case if they don't have the A, 9 or J of hearts.

Mixed feelings about the 9 turn. Less likely he has a 9 and his draws missed. I peel 1 more but its not just with the intention of trying to improve.

The J river is obviously bad and your fold is standard. I would call any card that doesnt hit his straight semibluffing range

My opinion is that the fold is alright but when you call the turn you might want to just call the river by that point, if anything it may tell him not to semibluff so much and I have a feeling that against the opponent you described this call down can be profitable often enough.

The jack isn't a good card because likely his JT draw just paired. He could have K7h, but even there you are just chopping it. Other draws are T7, Queen high flush draws... I don't think it's worth calling the river because there aren't enough hands you beat betting the river here, especially once the Jack rivers.
