I just emailed FT support about a name change and was told we are not allowed to change out sn's. Is this a joke?

Nope, always been that way. I personally have no issue with it.

This is not true. It has not always been that way. I changed my screen name about 6 months ago. They said that they allowed it, but only as a one time deal. A friend of mine e-mailed them not to long ago about changing his name after I told him that I had changed mine and he got the "No Name Change" response.

Thier service went bye bye about 3 years ago. Shortly after they started the site.
