external hard drive and PT

Is it possible to copy hands from PT onto an external hard drive and recopy them into PT? if so, how?

Can't you just use the method described on the PT website for installing PT on a new computer while still saving your database? I can't get the link from work but it's in the FAQ on the PT forums.

i'd suggest backing up your database, and then "restoring" it into your new arrangement.
