Today I went to VCCasino (www.vcbet.com) with the intention to work off a cashback promo site and after 1 hour of blackjack to work off the 200£ wagering requirement they blocked my account and Im yet to recieve a reply about this. Additionally, they closed it whilst I was half way through a bet which means no doubt theyve cheated me out of that. Also, I have heard nothing yet from them so dont know whether Ill get my funds back

This sounds more like disorganisation and/or technical problems on their side than them blocking your account. I have had problems just like this with vc before, but they have turned out to be technical. They are often slow to respond to questions. Did they tell you that they blocked your account, or you just can't get in?

They told me they had blocked my account due to security reasons and now when I try to log in it says "inccorect password/username"- and no email recieved.

I was betting £1 (2$) on 3 hands each round and as I only deposited $50 this is hardly risck free gambling. Furthermore, they shouldn't be allowed to dictate that you are cheating just because you are betting small. On a boring ferry trip once me and a friend spent about 13 hours on a bj machine betting min and never taking the gamble feature--- I wasn't trying to clear any bonus then

IIRC when this happens or it crashes on you you do get screwed out of your bet.

I've played there loads of times, games can crash mid hand but they will always complete. Sometimes refunds are given back to your main account balance and not into the casino.

I had my account locked in the past . I just signed up with them, deposited and started playing and in the middle of the play I was logged off. They did this cause they wanted me to identify myself. I've sent documents in and a day later I was able to login again and play.
So that might be it.

You can use Neteller, it just isn't shown on the Casino web pages.

I just completed the first deposit bonus with no problems at all. I was flat betting $3 and $5 with a £200 deposit. Got the bonus no problems.
