Default UB freezes account+ money with no explanation

I"ve been a member of ub scince 2005.
Yesterday I tried to log in into my account to find that I was getting some intnal error, and could not have access to my account.
I went to check my emails to find that there is nothing there regarding this.
I sent them 4 emails scince yesterday , all of them got no answer.
So I don"t have acces to my account , and $8000 that are in there.
This is the 5th email I just send them.

Hi,
This is my 5th email to you guys.
Yesterday I tried to log in into my account, and got an error reference number 422265362
I sent 4 email which have gone unanswered.
Ive been a memeber off your site scince 2005, and I don"t think I deserve this treatment.
Can someone please reply to me, and explain what is going on.
If you need to call me my phone number is xxx-xxx-xxxx
I wanted to keep this matter private, but I think I no longer can.
I"m gonna post this on 2+2 internet forum, and will give updates as they come.
Thank you
Bosko1111

This is the 2nd time soemthing like this is happining to me.
Some of you may remeberr me from this fall when fulltilt locked my account with $25,000 there .What happend was I logged in to my account from a private game computer, and they linked me to some fraudulant account.
They said they dont know who is who, and I would not be getting my money back.
With the help of 2+2 , and ftpdoug my account was reopened, and I still play in ftp as my main site.
Scince that incident I have not been transfering funds to anyone, or logging into my account from any computer, so I have no idea why ub whould freeze my account.

I just signed up to play poker online, and tried to sign up with all major sites to have a variaty of sites to choose from, all registrations went through smothly, exept ub I never got the validation code from them and they never responded to my email has been 4 days now.

I don't think people should entrust their money to sites who don't have decency to respond to a simple email about validation code

Just got this email from ub
Dear Mr. Ioffe,

We have already reviewed your account, as you may have guessed, we and other
poker sites like ours have a lot of attempts at deception and fraud and for that
we have some internal procedures in place to curb this possibility.

In our system appeared that a Bodog account linked to yours has been involved in
fraudulent activities, which is the reason why the system is not going to let
you access until you clarify and solve this issue with them.

We kindly ask you to please contact Bodog and clear this situation so you can
access your account with no problems, we are also providing you with a device
number in order for them to locate the problem easier, which is xxxxxxxx

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter, please let us
know if you require further assistance or additional information.

Best regards,

I did not even know I had accouynt on bodog, If I do I nver deposited money or played on it.
I don"y know what is going on, Guess have to call bodog , and find out.

Just got off the phone with bodog.
Apparantly someone played on my copmputer about a year or 2 ago who did fraud.
They said that I should be clear, and their system does it automaticly.
They share security software with ub.
Guy said my account should be reopended tomorrow.
Will keep this updated.

UB randomly froze my account for a month this summer. Don't expect a response for at least 48 hours. Do expect them to be dumb and have no idea what they're doing. Needless to say, I stopped playing there.

Ok this exact thing happened to me. I have played on Bodog and UB for years. They gave me the same B.S. line. "someone used my device(computer)."
Bodog screwed us. Apparently they have some mutual fraud protection program between Bodog/UB and AP. Where they give out the fraudsters info to every site to ban him.

There should probably be another thread about this.

Bodog also wont tell me anything about what happend either. Except the guys name. It was Craig .. Something. I cant remember his last name. These damn sites are getting ridiculous.
