bodog withdrawal problems. (echeck not clearing)

My Friend uses bodog, and was able to make some deposits via instant check before it went away. the money has cleared his bank, but still lists as *pending* on the withdrawal page.

He emailed them and inquired about a withdrawal, and basically they told him he was screwed because the company that processed the echeck, has not yet funded bodogs account. and they have no timeframe if, or when they will do so.

he forwarded me some replies, has anyone else encountered this problem?

I did some searching around and had not seen this come up,
My recent deposits on bodog have been by debit card, so I haven't had the same problem.

I can include the replies to the email if anyone would like to see.

I had the same problem trying to withdraw. Bodog agreed to process my withdrawal if I faxed them a copy of my bank statement showing the withdrawal from the check processing company.
