I'd definitely pot turn. Nobody can be making a profitable call without a set + good low draw, an unlikely holding...you have the nuts now but so many cards that come on river hurt you...only the 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] keep you with the nuts both ways. You have to pot that turn into four players, and honestly into two as well (heads up, a smaller bet is defensible).
Flop, I'd probably lead sometimes, check sometimes...it's a strong draw but not invincible and I don't mind playing it a bit slower against this many opponents OOP.

You should have never called the preflop raise.
But since you did you should have potted the turn to keep all the low hands from chasing OR give unfavorable pot odds if someone had a set.

c/r all in on flop is reasonable; with four players to act and a draw-heavy board like that, it seems likely someone has a piece and will bet it. i think it's a must-pot on turn for reasons mentioned above. as played, i think you must check river and fold to a pot bet. smaller bet, depends on your knowledge of player but i'd be inclined to fold unless it's really tiny (giving you huge odds, as suspiscious as it is).
