Two things I hate about Firefox vs. Explorer
1. New tabs don't automatically open up to the same page as you were currently on. They are completely blank, which seems beyond pointless.
2. The address bar drop-down isn't sorted by frequency of usage. Web sites I use every day shouldn't be at the bottom of the list while mis-typed crap is at the top. |

Re: Two things I hate about Firefox vs. Explorer
Why would you want another tab with the same page you are at now? If you want to follow some link on the page in a new tab, you can do that when you click the link.
Stop typing things wrong? Or just start typing and if you've been there before, the address will pop up. |

Re: Two things I hate about Firefox vs. Explorer
jizz,
Why would you ever want it to open the same page you're on? Waste of bandwidth IMO. I never open a new tab just to open the same site I'm on. If there's a link I want to click thru I just right click -> open link in new tab. Anyway, I'm sure if you want it your way it's easily fixed either by an extension or maybe even in the FF options settings. As for the second, meh. Autofill FTW. I need only type in 2-3 letters of where I'm headed and I'm all set. |

[/ QUOTE ] Holy crap I just did this and it worked just as I would want it to (open a new tab underneath the one I'm on). Genius IMO. I don't know if that's a Tab Mix Plus thing or not though. |

No, it's standard. I don't use any sort of tab extensions, since Firefox by default has pretty good tab implementation/
