Does Pap get credit for the Save tonight? He came into the game in the 8th inning with one out and men on 1st and 3rd and blew them away with the score 4 to 1. Then the Sox scored 6 in the bottom of the inning and they sent him to the showers and someone else mopped up.

Where the hell is the offense?

I haven't been able to watch any games today, but yea, where is that Sox offense? And what about Drew, when's he going to show some power? And I don't think Beckett's ever going to get it together.

Oh, yea, what happened in today's game?

Schill is the man, I am watching the replay right now of the Angel game. He and Ted Nugent are my favorite Republicans. Chuck Hagel is good, from what I can see. That's about it...

I am trying to grow a Yuke goat. Big old Rembrandt, not sure if I have enough Italian in me.

Gee this guy Hinske can swing it, and Yuke is hot. Crisp flashes the leather and has good speed, but I have been thinking about it, if you never get on base, speed loses importance. Pedroia works the count at least.

Tavarez skipped due to the rainout, good to get some rest for everyone early in the season and see the starters going deep and saving the pen.

How many losses do we give Tavarez before giving Snyder a shot or calling someone up? Personally I'd like to see Hansack get the next shot if Tavarez blows it, looks like they're trying to trade Snyder anyway (showcasing him out of the pen a lot). Hansack has picked up right where he left off last year in AAA. He's not getting any younger (he's 29) so it's time to [censored] or get off the proverbial pot IMHO.

agreed on hansack, but i doubt they'd call him up from now until the time jon lester is ready, forcing a release (if i am not mistaken, papelbon and pedroia are the only ones left w/ options, and neither are going anywhere). with the rainouts, tavarez will only get 2(?) more starts until lester's target return, thats acceptable.

What was the purpose of your post? To show how wrong I was because they finally got the bats going? Yeah, you sure showed me.
