Yes it is fine that you entered the standard new player code.

The codes change monthly and it looks like they already have the December codes up, I need to update the page. You can look at the bonus codes once you are at PlayboyPoker by looking up Promotions -> Poker -> Sign Up Bonuses. Note that there are actully two, depending on what currency you are using.

While the same bonus codes are used for the $100 free offer regardless of signing up through 2+2. To be eligible for the books you MUST use the green button link on the bonus page and sign up for the first time at the site.
