I agree. Min raises can be anything from TPWK, to the nut straight, to random straight/flush draws.

Most villains know that the typical "check, min raise" line looks dangerous, so they'll often do it with crap to get you to fold after your cbet.

FWIW I don't think I've ever seen anyone minraise the flop with a draw. They just call down pot sized bets.
