SEP Location

I need to set up a SEP before April 15. I already have a Vanguard Account (for Traditional IRA) and a Zecco Account (for ETFs to round out my portfolio).

I know I can create a SEP account at Vanguard but not at Zecco. Should I just go with Vanguard or is there a better site?
