Default Playing draws OOP

No real reads on villain, he seemed a little loose from the couple of orbits he has been at the table.
Coming from LHE, I am usually lost in this type of situation.

1) Should I have lead the turn as well?
2) The way it was played, should I have c/r all-in?

Thanks.

Fold unless you think there's a good chance he'll fold to a c/r.

Leading the turn is okay sometimes, but he's probably got an A.

fold pf.

Flop is fine.

c/f on turn unless getting 4 to 1, i.e. he only bets about 25.
