I'm gonna go out on a limb and say yes. Unless garnall is a complete moran.

Email support. GF was ITM 3-handed in a Stars SNG, I suspected a little somethin-somethin. Had her email the HH and screen names, they did some research and bumped her from a 3rd place to 1st. Can't hurt.
