Does Full tilt give you 12k cash or 2k cash and buy in voucher for WSO
Just curious if they issue 12k to your account or actually pay a voucher to make you play main event?

Re: Does Full tilt give you 12k cash or 2k cash and buy in voucher for WSO
So can you just keep the 12000 if you can not or do not want to play? Is there any legal commitment on you to play? Or is calling it a 12000 dollar WSOP package from FTP just a marketing thing so effectively you just get a 12000 dollar prize.

Their bracelet buster (or whatever that promotion for the $1500 events is called) says you get $500 cash and $1500 in tourney chips. Why would the main event be any different?

It's not. They're giving cash for the bracelet race as well, because it's the same problem as the ME: they couldn't work out a way to turn FTP money into Harrah's money directly.

So theoretically, you can be under 21 and enter wsop satelites so you can enter when you are 21?

The vessel with the pestle...wha?
The sats do specify you have to be 21 to play. Whether they'd refuse to now pay out cash to someone who won a seat they wouldn't be able to use, I dunno. |

[ QUOTE ]
it's just like winning a tournament that pays 12,000 [/ QUOTE ] So basically it's just a tournament win thats equivalent in cash to a WSOP seat. If you dont actually go to the WSOP this is not a problem, correct? sorry if this is a stupid question but from the repsonse in this thread it seems to be the case.. |
