Didn't have any idea what to do. Should this be folded due to depth of the stacks? Villain just calls pf so it's more difficult to put him on AA. Could this be QQ,JJ etc. often enough?

Really? What about the flop, villain makes a big raise. What is his range? I didn't have any real reads. Villain had been sitting at the table for few orbits and managed to double his stack agains LAG/maniac.

if he has AA, there is nothing you can do about it.
flop is safe, turn is safe.
i would put all my money in on either of the street.
