Nice gesture from FT

Just got this email. I knew the check was late, but I hadn't sent them a complaint or anything:

"Hello Matthew,
We are sorry to inform you that your check from Full Tilt Poker was delayed. At this time, we have credited your Full Tilt Poker account with $50 as compensation for this inconvenience. Due to an internal error, your withdrawal processed on July 22nd was notmailed at that time. Your check was sent on August 14th, and should arrive within 10 business days. We realize the importance of receiving your funds on time and take this matter very seriously. We are taking measures to prevent the issue from recurring. We appreciate your understanding, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

I got the same thing although I did complain after like 17 business days. I got the check on the 18th and then three days later I got another check that was processed on the 11th.

2.5k. I just checked my transaction history though and there is no $50 deposit from FT around the time of the email, but I don't think they'd lie... Anyone know if "gifts" from FT don't show up in transaction history?

I got the 50 also and it does not show up in past transactions.
