Yeah, but we don't know his pf 3-betting range. If you remove JJ-TT from his range then it's about flipament. Still I don't think I could get away from this.

I think JJ TT should stay. You could probably get rid of KK since almost anyone will reraise with that preflop. I also think you can add 99, AT, AJ to the range.
