buying a used motorcycle in ontario - process help

Hey guys, I found a used bike that I am trying to buy. Its a private listing and since this is my first used bike purchase, i dont know what to do, as in, what paper work and such.

if anyone could give me a step by step guide, that would rock. Thanks!

btw, its a 2005 yamaha virago 250cc (insurance is nicer) looks brand new. He wanted 3600 for it.
