Default Shannon Elizabeth \"Positive Visualization\"

[or is it Elizabeth Shannon? oh well]

I wasn't listening 100% when she was interviewed after winning today in the NBC heads-up thing, but she said something about incorporating 'Positive Visualization.' Visualizing cards coming off the deck that will help her hand. [Maybe she said something about 'Positive Reinforcement too, not quite sure].

Although I sorta cringed as she elaborated, I thought it's probably the type of strategy endorsement that might motivate the rank beginner to come into card casinos. "Looks pretty easy, just visualize what I need, then leave when I've reached my visualized goal amount."

it definately made her look like a fishcake for saying that. i dont know exactly what you mean by strategy endorsement though. are you implying she might have said it just to make the games better? if she said it, im sure she believes it. shes trying awfully hard to get respect as a skilled poker player.

Even with her hocus-pocus, mumbo-jumbo,half-joking theories ,she still plays well enough to win. Her advantage, just like Vanessa Rousso's, is that the guy's don't give them enough credit for having a hand when they go all-in. Poor Eric Lindgren. He looked crushed when he called with his two pair. That's the closest I've ever seen him to crying.

However, even Moneymaker didn't give Hachem much credit whenever he bet out. Pass the sugar.

Haven't you ever seen Maverick? All the best players can make a card come off that they need. They just have some 'splainin to do when the card they need also happens to be in the other player's hand.
