Its a little overkill PF I probably "Pot" it back which makes it about $4-$5? makes little difference as I am either AI, PF or the Flop

I agree; 4-bet a little less pre-flop. It's not about defining your hand, its probably going in on the flop anyway. It's about having TT-QQ tag along. (remember this is preflop so we can't be thinking results orientated.)
