Default small str8 vs possible flush, boat and facing river overbet

Just wondering how I should have played this hand, particularly the river after a slight overbet by villain. Villain is 39/4/0.5 over 50 hands or so. Villain did chase a lot so maybe I should have checked flop.

Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
3 players

Stack sizes:
Button: $28.75
SB: $35.70
Hero: $78

Pre-flop: (3 players) Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Button calls, SB calls, Hero checks.

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($1.5, 3 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $1</font>, Button folds, SB calls.

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($3.5, 2 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $2</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $6</font>, Hero calls.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($15.5, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $20</font>, Hero ??

Soldier, thanks for your input in a couple of my posts. Re the small stakes v micro stakes, Im playing at 0.25/0.5 and 0.5/1. My confusion as to where to post is because in Absolute the buyin for 0.25/.05 is $100 whereas many sites have buyins of $50 for those blind levels. What governs the place to post , the blinds or the buy in???
