QQ calls 3bet IP, no c/bet ?

villians runs 30/24/4 over 60 hands. He likes to call IP and has 3bet me once before where he folded to my 4bet. I think he is squeezing a lot, probably 60%+ of his range is non QQ+/AK.

note we are a little deep. My turn raise was made to prevent him from shoving river with worse. Critique if necessary.

I don't like the turn raise. I think that if you just call you will still get a cheap showdown, unless villain is on a really poorly and slowly played monster, or he rivers a flush.
