villain is 33/11 23 WTSD 1.6/4/2 AF by street after 600 hands. he seems to be getting involved a bit and stacked me a while ago after slowplaying flopped trips on a drawy board in position, i c/red the river with TPTK.

what about bet/folding ~$200? i think it's one of the spots where he's less likely to call a shove, and he's not gonna try to bluff you with a minraise.

i would definitely shove instead of c/f though that seems awful

This seems fricken AWFUL. So were gonna bet 250, then fold to a push with only about 200 left getting like 4-1....awful.
