I am too far removed from the standard villain in this game to give an accurate range but I would assume that its

AA - 10%
KK - 10%
QQ - 10%
AK - 30%
AQ - 10%
JJ - 8%
TT - 6%
99 - 4%
88 - 2%
Random donk factor - 10%

give or take a few % on each.

Sorry just noticed this. Why would he shove any flop? Weve basically said we have a pair, or AK. If we lead, he cant shove anything other than a hand thats beating us. Yes, if his M would be 8-12 if he folded then he might feel committed and shove the bottom end of his range/AK, but hes nowhere near that desperate.

He will probably shove any pot to ruin everything you listed in your previous post. In order to make our decision difficult and take away any of the maneuvering you are hoping to accomplish post-flop.
