If that was sarcasm, it is unfortunately lost on me. NO dealers may not be great, but they are a significant step up. This is a depressingly frequent topic of conversation in BR.

The only action you can ever really take in a casino is to fill out a customer comment form. All complaining that does not make it onto one of these forms is wasted breath because upper management will never see it.

It was certainly sarcasm, but it's good to know that in BR the situation is worse. And honestly, I shouldn't lump the dealers together. Harrah's N.O. has a bunch of really good ones, but the variance in talent is wide.
