Default follow up to c betting thread, more annoying general questions

you raise, CO tag calls

what flops dont u cbet w/ UI high cards or underpairs

you raise loosie CO calls

what flops dont u c bet w/ UI high cards or underpairs

Does the position we open from in six max matter here? how about in full ring (though I never play it, just curious)?

now how about these questions when the caller is in the blinds and cks to us? Does it matter sb vs bb?

people can ignore this last one if they want... what made hands are you ck'ing on what boards and not intending to give up with but rather are planning on calling bets later in the hand and possibly showing down? how do u proceed from there? This ones probably a bit broad dont know if people will be willing to give examples or write something out.
