Virus Scan and Spyware

just wanted to know what most people use as there Virus Scan and spayware, I have had some [censored] ones now for ages and wanted to find out what the good ones are, ran my virus scan today and had 2 virus' what could not be deleted, not a good sign I know.

So please help, what shall I get, am a total noob when it comes to computer stuff like this.

avg free version and spyware dr free from google i use both and never had a problem spyware dr pics up all the cookies and and adware scan every time youd be suprised how much crap gets in
