Default $60 L7 bubble, puke/fold ug?

table seemed normal. no regulars. button and bb were LAG in a bad way (i.e. way too lag and losing players). sb was at a few of my tables and pretty good.

Hero (t2410)
Button (t4825)
SB (t2855)
BB (t3410)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
hero folds?

i've jerked with this in sngpt. even if i put their ranges pretty tight it just like a neutral push. limping and 2.5x both seem awful. so just fold?

close call...I'd push but thats why I bubble a lot. If the blinds are 200-400..I'd push withought thinking about it

2.5x isnt that bad at a different table, at the table you describe just insta dump, no way shoving is good with 12 bbs.

I'd be indifferent to pushing and folding. I wouldn't raise though because I'd hate to have to cbet that into the LAG button, and not cbetting would likely lose me the pot.

I fold because, in general, if you get called or raised, it's bad. As described, you're probably not going to have to play hard to money.

Since you're shortest I don't thinking pushing would be horrible but as others have said it's probably better to pass since it's a softer bubble.

good point about the soft bubble. i did fold this and the two lags got alliin 3 times in L7 and finally the bigstack won.
