Default 2$ : Push range against a big stacked maniac

Vilain is a true maniac and ran hot earlier.
The guy raises 5x to 10x bb every hand and call everything.
Every hand against him is just a race. The games resumes to wait for a hand and push. With what range of hand would you have pushed in this case ?

Button (t2105)
SB (t1550)
BB (t6765)
Hero (t1085)
MP (t1995)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero calls t60, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to t400</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t1085 (All-In)</font>, BB calls t685.

I really think I should just have wait for a better spot or just let the others double up trough him.

At $2 against a true maniac I'm calling every time with a medium pocket pair.
