UTG is 40/5/.5 donkey. SB is very well thought of TAG - I haven't seen him much, but he was lauded in the "regs" thread. He has seen me play pretty laggy, because the deck has been running me over. 3-balling turn would be like, massively spewy, right?

I dont raise the flop. The draw is weak and the pot is protected. I think its between a call and a fold - if UTG is passive postflop I call.

If the pot gets HU I would c/r that turn. As played, I would play the turn and river like you.
