this is pretty opponent dependent. There are plenty of players I just fold rite here to and there are players whose check-raising range (specifically on this kind of board) is way too many draws, worse pairs and air to not showdown.

default I call and fold the turn UI not sure if thats bad and I should just fold the flop (without a heart I would just do that against someone I hadnt seen check-raising much in steal situations).

Does this guy know how to defend his blinds? Have you been stealing much? I'm tempted to call down unless another heart or wheel card comes off.

agree that it's read- and previous-action-dependent.

kerowo, we can't fold if a heart comes off because we would then have a flush draw which is often good.

i would call here and re-evaluate on the turn. we do have position after all.

How does everybody like calling and raising any heart?

This is really player dependent. You're showdown bound against tricky and aggro players, but against LP's and unthinking blind defenders, it's an easy fold.

As Tyler said though, I think we should call on the flop since we have a heart, and the opponent might be willing to give a freebie on the turn.

I don't like that idea, he's not folding an ace.
