Best site to open Poker Stars account through?

I know Stars doesn't have rakeback - I made the mistake of not signing up for rakeback on FTP over a year ago and I'm moving to stars because it just annoys me I can't get the rakeback on FTP. Ftp has their heads up their asses on this but thats another thread...

That said, it looks like there are some signup bonuses available for Stars. Maybe a year sub to some training videos or something else. I don't want to make the same mistake with Stars as I did with FTP and sign up the "wrong way" and find out later. So any suggestions of where/how to sign up to get the best deal?
