You know what, a few people have had various problems relating to the changes (myself included), but they have been knocking out the problems. I was one of the cases where I couldn't log on (and I've had a full membership for some time). They fixed things up within a few days for my issue, and I'm sure they'll do the same for all the other issues as well.

I understand it's frustrating, but do you seriously think they're intentionally trying to rob you? It's clear there are problems but this is a pretty vast change to the website, there were bound to be some things going wrong.

If you can't ride it out, then cancel/reverse charges, call the BBB, alert the National Guard or whatever. In a couple of weeks things will be fine with CR, if even that long.

Also, I like that there's not as much traffic and that so much is accessible to members only.

i think it is kind of ridiculous that you have to be a member to view hands in the blogs of people that use the CR hand converter.

what is up with that?

Actually, for a website that is grossing well over a million a year they shouldnt have had any problems at all.

Not hating, just stating.

CR doesn't have any advertisers like 2+2 or others sites do (at least I don't see any ads). In that case all of the content is supported by the subscriber revenue.

A lot of people feel that way. Things in the IT world don't always go as smooth as you like though, regardless of how much money and planning you throw at them. They're obviously troubleshooting the issues they haven't already taken care of.

I'm not a member and have no account there, but have no trouble with blogs or HH. Click on "view blog" instead of "username" and you can read the blogs, and when I click on the hands aba posted, I can get them all. Can I have a free membership if I continue to do support?

Blogs are free, I think you're a little disoriented, nearly all members who were experiencing login issues are now able to do everything just fine, if your account hasn't been activated or you've been overcharged email us again. If you can't login or download/stream, clear your cookie/cache and delete your DRM directory (instructions are on the FAQ).

Forum/blogs will have major stylistic changes aswell as some other things in the interface we will be changing. Tay is in Aruba, I think his internet is limited.
