LHE HU Stats

I don´t know why but i´m really bad at this HU thing.
I play on FTP the 2/4 HU tables against retard villians but i can´t win. There is probably something i do complete wrong.

well I don't defend every BB, but pretty dang close. when did that start? your bb vpip looks sick low.

at first glance I'd say you make your opponents fold too much. you put in a ton of bets hoping they'll fold and when they play back at you you are crushed but the pot is too big to fold. this is evidenced by your high AF, high w$wsf and low w$sd.

Umm , that's wrong . How can you defend against a player who will only raise with lets say , the top 10% of hands ?

You're getting 3:1 odds oop and any random hands wins about one third of the time against the top 10 . It gets even worse because this assumes that you will be able to see 5 more cards without putting a single dime on the flop , turn and river !

This is not happening , and it's a BIG mistake to be defending in limit hold em from the BB with any two .

also I've played with some ridiculously passive guys and i've never seen anyone only raise with top 10%. this guy has vpip of 50+ which means his opponents are raising at least that much. usually it's more like 75+.

this arguement might in fact be true if you could ever find such a person. and it may even be true for lesser extremes. There are some metage considerations here and it is certainly correct again a good number of players. playing 95% is a good number to shoot for as well - it also depends on your post flop skill.

If I remember correctly 2/4 on FTP has around 3 BB/100 rake, So i think defending any2 can only be profitable if its combined with a lot of postflop skill and a bad opponent.

seems pretty clear from the pt screenshot that it's closer to 2bb/100, but maybe that's just because he folds too much.

just checked my stats, full tilt got 2,7bb/100 from me for the 20k hands i spend at 2/4. But as you said he might be folding too much, i have his Vpip + 10% and his VpipfromSB + 10%, so i do pay more rake.

Ok next session, i know small sample size but every session is like this session.




I don´t know why but i feel my lost.
I´m a 5/10 5 max Winningplayer my BB und SB defend stats are fine too.

If they just call preflop i bet most of the flops some opponents call me on the flop and i have to give up on the turn other opponents are raising every flop after i bet and i have to fold with no pair no draw.

It seems for methat they every time a hand.
