I thought brian came from a ridic rich family to begin with. 3 mil is just tipping money. He'll be back playing 50000/100000 plo in no time.

I don't think that's true. His parents don't even have cable.

Your logic: horrible, imo.

So what is a realistic estimate of his BR right now? I would assume its well over 10m but would be interested to know.

Under $1 million. (factors in taxes, expenses, investments)

Downswings are either classified from a peak or base playing level. Most say from their base playing level. Brian says from lifetime peak. DUC the difference?

The bankroll question is an interesting one. I think poker player's bankrolls are widely overestimated. I think the most successful internet players that play those nosebleed stakes probably have around 6-8 million. It wouldn't suprise that some have half that. I'm guessing after Brian's downswing, he's at roughly 4-5 million. Which is plenty, but definitely should be careful considering the stakes and long sessions he often plays. I personally believe that there is too much variance in poker to keep a bankroll above 10 million, especially playing nosebleed cash games.

FWIW

Didnt anyone ever teach you nits that it's not proper to count other peoples money?

Also...taxes, you actually think these online idiots are paying taxes? Tell me...what exactly would they chalk that up under?

Trust me BT seems like a nice enough guy but all of these online databases and blogs for these guys are going to cause them major trouble in the next year or so. Why would you document everything you do?

And for CTS...is he 21? I hear there are some people around the Bellagio wondering the same thing.

I have it on good authority that Brian's net worth is $11,296,554. My dad's bosses niece slept with Brian's accountant's daughter. That's right, I said daughter. And I've got pics to prove it.

EDIT: Oh, and 89 cents.
