Re: Where is the hate for Tadd Fujikawa????
Because this is the first time Tadd has used a sponsor's exemption to enter a PGA Tour event. The problem most have with players like Wie continually using these is the fact they take away a spot to a more deserving player. If Tadd continues to do this without producing results, then he too will feel the hate. Also take note that Tadd is male while Wie is female and playing way out of her league and gender.

Tadd played pretty solidly at the Sony Open didn't he? Not as good as the big shots Finau brothers. They're already better than Tiger they said.

Can't read his post, but it looks like Bi-Tor has moved on to obsessing about other Hawaiians, now that Wie can barely break 80.

Re: Where is the hate for Tadd Fujikawa????
Justin Rose, remember him? Lets wait and see what he does.
I actually thought the PGA tour had rules about turning pro before 18th birthday. He just blew his opportunity to play college golf, so hes kind of stuck with his career choice now. At least Michelle Wie had some proof she could play with the Big Boys(well girls) before making that jump, also, she had huge endorsements waiting for her when she did, I dont think Tad had that waiting for him. |

Re: Where is the hate for Tadd Fujikawa????
According to Wikipedia, he did win the biggest state open in Hawaii, so he's not a complete scrub.
Yeah, he's young. Maybe he's screwing himself by going pro so young. He could turn out to be Ty Tryon. Then again, he could turn out to be Sean O'Hair or Justin Rose and have a very respectable career. He doesn't get the hate because he hasn't signed a ninety jillion dollar contract with Nike yet. Once he does (without winning anything) he'll get spitted, filleted and roasted over an open flame. |
