You're getting almost 3.5:1. You're not beat often enough to justify folding.

3 card combinations beat you, you beat 8 reasonable card combos that include Qs. You have to believe that he almost *never* makes this play with the Qs to fold. I don't think that assumption is reasonable often enough to not at least call.
