Kidnapping Dogs...Possibly Vickin em

Well this is my case here i need money before im on winter break. I am thinking of going around the hood where i live and scoping out the dogs in yards and whatnot.
I would basically go for dogs that are small and not Aggressive. I would grab them with my hands mayb wearing gloves SO I DONT CATCH AIDS if bitten.
Then throw em in a car which will be driven by a friend and he would get a cut on the profit.

Then i throwem in my garage and wait for the owners to put up Missing dog Signs. Then i call the owners claiming i found the dog and collecting the reward.

And to make there possiblly be a bigger reward i would make the dog bite me and claim i tried to catch im and id be all like. I WANT MORE MONEY OR I WILL SUE THE DOG.

And if no1 posts Lost Dog Signs i would possibly let them go free into the world. Or Vickem but not likely to do that. UNLESS THE DOG HAS AIDS
