Default Pains while running?

I recently started jogging (day 6 now) and while I am noticing I can run farther already w/o breathing too hard, i'm having to stop b/c my lower back starts to tighten up and hurts really bad while I run, so much so that i'm forced to stop my runs short and start walking. However it doesn't stop there, the last 2 days when I stopped my run due to back pain and started to walk, the archest of my feet started cramping too making it extremely painful to just take steps. Are there any explanations for this, I stretch regularly but am I not doing the right ones? TY for the help guys.

When I used to run, it always felt like my lower back was getting extremely tired making it harder to run. I fixed that by going to the gym and doing some lower back exercises, basically strengthening my lower back.

About your feet, I have no idea, but if I had to guess, it could be your shoes.

Post a pic of your shoes.
Are the heels worn down?
What distance are you talking about?
During the first week you should be running less than one mile.
