Default improving my game

After playing quite a lot this month and running petty bad I came to the point where I think I dont play so good at all and have to invest some time in my game improvement, this moment happenes to me approximately every half a year (when I run realy bad). So i decided to start posting more frequently on this forum. Therefore I guess it s a good idea to tell something about me and the way I play.

Now I play mostly 10/20 with a little of 15/30 wich now changed to 5/10. I think biggest leak in my game is that I dont adapt enought to different players ( I play almost the same to every 30/20 etc.), I am not good in writing notes and finding leaks in other games. I guess there are many other things that I could and should improve in my game but am currently unaware of them. I think they will come up as i start posting hands. I am also posting my stats from PT.

Just glancing over the stats, the only thing that stands out is that your WTSD number is pretty low. If you're only showing down 30% of your hands you're probably folding quite a few winnners.

I didnt expect to hear that, I think I go to show down to often sometimes, well I will post some hands and situations will come up. What % would be optimal?

Too tight? I didnt think that 30 vp$ip is tight.

Where do you think I play too agressive some defined streets, or in general?

This stuck out to me as well. Your flop AF and turn AF seem pretty high to me. Are you finding enough opportunities for overaggressive people to hang themselves?

Take these two constructive criticisms with a grain of salt as my game needs improvement too.

this is blatantly stupid. you cannot look at a small sample of just stats and make a bold statement like this. i'd completely ignore this, OP.

I've seen a lot of winning styles at these limits and played 100K's of hands there. winning stats have ranged from 22-40VP$P & 16-28PFR.

way more important than posting stats, is posting a lot of hands where you are not comfortable with your play, where you feel lost, where you don't tink you played well, etc. i'd get away from using stats as anything more than a point of comparison.. something you can use to just verify you aren't way out in left field as your standard play style.
