Yeah, but it's vanishingly rare. Maybe it's more likely at 100NL, but the guy has to be an drooler and very aggressive.

the odds of 45 playing like this are just not enough to shove.

I disagree. I totally see a 40%vpip playing 45 like this. Why would he not?

Because, in practise, they don't. River 3-bets are enormously strong.

edit: especially with 0.5 AF
