Default Looking for help in taking my game to the next level in MTT.

Generally i only play for about 3 hours a night after i get home from work and relax and feel that i am a decent player but would like to take my game to the next level and be able to play more and work less. Mainly play $10/27 $10/45 and the $4 and $10/180 and do fairly well. Played 68 of these tourneys and have ROI of 60% with 2 1st, 4 2nds, 1 3rd overall. Generally i tend to finish in the top 30% of these tourneys but feel i should probably be finishing a little better and should have won a couple more then i have won. Overall i tend to finish in the top 30% of the tourney about 50% of the time and finish in the top 10% of tourneys 18% of the time, so as you can see i generally finish in the mid to midlate area of tourneys. I play on pokerstars now but use to play on paradise, party, full tilt, and sportsbook the past 3 years. Overall i have won just 1 tourney with over 500 players but have had 2 very good finishes where i got $5000 and $2000 respectively by finishing 4th and 2nd in those respectively. I always hear about people being sweated while playing and discussing hands but i have no one around my area that i know of that i can discuss this with. I do play in 2 home games where we play tourney style but in general i win those games about 60% of the time and it dont feel any of those players could get me to the next level. Is there anyone out there that could look at my hand histories and help me fix my leaks and take my game to the next level. I do use poker tracker and that has helped, but feel that someone looking at my hands could help me even more. I know i can post individual hands and improve those plays but i was looking for an overall assesment of my game. Thanks. Sorry for the long post.

Steal more. Punctuate more. Talk less.

MTTs are easy; exploit the 80% of the field that is dead money, and don't get more unlucky than average.

best way to look at an overall game is to put a whole tournament in www.pokerxfactor.com hand history replayer. if your a member then pm me a hand history and i'll get back to u on it (am slow but i'll do it! ).
