Default Beat

I didn't realize what was wrong with this hand until I was on the highway 100 miles from Foxwoods.

1-2 NL Hold'em
I (Hero) am UTG +1, Villian is Button. I've got $178, villain has be barely covered.

Hero is dealt As Ad

Pre-flop
UTG raises to $12 (standard at this table), I call (stupid), folds to Villain (button) who calls, SB calls BB calls.

Flop Qd Jd 6h (pot $60)
SB check, BB check, UTG check, Hero bets $50, button calls, 3 folds

Turn Qd Jd 6h 8d (pot $160)
Hero all-in ($116), Button calls

River Qd Jd 6h 8d 4h (pot $392)

Hero shows As Ad (one pair, aces)
Villian shows Qh 4h (two pair, queens and fours)

I get up, walk to my car and drive home.

Nobody noticed the duplicate card, but I left rather quickly. I'm not sure if I'm remembering things correctly or my mind is just f-ing with me.

The river was definitely red, and I remember his Q4 being red and suited.
