Er ... you don't have to be a nit to pass K2 preflop 5 handed even on the button. What are your PT stats?

Decrease your cbet %/narrow your PF 3-bet range/widen your postflop calling range? Untill he adjusts, then it's your turn again!

Shove the turn if you are going to shove the river. Shoving the river represents one hand: hearts. Shoving the turn could be a set, a draw, two pair, air, top pair, pair and draw etc. You can also fold the turn. Calling then shoving sucks.

Narrower range + increased raise size

Just grind 'em down, it's simple & effective. And don't worry -- they rarely adapt.

you dont always have to c-bet, either. if they probably hit the flop, they probably wont fold to your cbet. mix in checking behind the flop with some draws, some decent paired hands, and the occasional monster. oop, try checkraising the flop sometimes. they probably wont give you much credit though, so do that with stronger hands at first.
