Default Tough river decision

Villain played aggressively preflop but turned quite passive after flop. He sometimes don't bet continuely if he missed the flop. So I guess that his check on the turn indecated weak hand. And his river action was also passive, rarely bluff. (but NOT never). What is the best river action? cc,bf or anything else?

Fold the flop, the river plays easier that way. Seriously, why are you calling this flop???

Because 5-to-1 plus implied odds is too good to fold on the flop.

You don't have very good implied odds here.

Having done a stove I admit I may be wrong about the flop... I still fold it and disagree that you have positive implied odds here, but folding may be wrong.

I think flop peel is good, but I would def fold the turn if he bets again.

On the river, I think you gain more by inducing here. He might have Jx or Tx playing this way, but he should be pretty willing to fold these hands on this river. Qx is definitely possible, and of course Kx is fairly likely.

So basically, you have to hope he has Qx to get paid off. You are better off hoping he decides to take one more shot with his garbage hands on a scary board.
