Default Re: I have $1,XXX at pokerstars - what should I do?

I don't speak with any authority on the future of Stars in the US, but if you think about it like the risk of any investment, it might help.

Do you need this $1000+ any time soon? Would you miss it if it you lost it? If the answer is yes, then you might want to reduce your exposure by taking SOME of it out, assuming you want to keep playing.

If you can deal with having it tied up indefinitely (for example, Neteller), then leave it alone. Also, balance the hassle of losing the $ with the hassle of finding a way to reload if you still want to play.

I play for entertainment, and am trying to build a bankroll. I'm leaving a chunk of my bankroll on stars so that I can continue to play, without having to worry about how to reload. If it went away, I would be upset, but it wouldn't hurt me significantly. This is my bankroll, and is completely separate from all other financial accounts.

Just my $.02,
Kindling
