Default fold on the river and questionable turn

CO is not a bad player, 22/16/2.1 atsb 33 over 100 hands.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 handed) Party Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO raises, 2 folds, Hero 3-bets, CO calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

River: (6.25 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 6.25 BB

c/c seems bad on the turn, but I don't like b/f and b/c.

On the river, I just can beat QJ imo (unlikely given the flop play) and the board is scary for pp.

Yeah I'd say you're toast about always.
