I would raise the turn. There is no reason to play it passively there. Your hand is disguised and he could easily have something like QJo or a draw. I was thinking about donk betting the turn, but I think check raising is better against a guy this aggressive. You also have a guy trapped. As played I would check raise the river.

I raise the flop for value. If UTG doesn't cap, b/c the turn. b/f on river doesn't sound good. UTG may have raised the flop with many hands we beat.
